Joann Cirrito started her employment at The Arc as a Life Skills instructor in June 1990, moved into a supervisory role, and later was appointed Director of Community Integration.

She has been with The Arc New London County for 19 years, is married and has 4 grandchildren. She finds time to travel when she can.
